Immune-Onc Therapeutics, Inc. Announces Licensing and Collaboration with Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to Develop Novel Cancer Immunotherapy
PALO ALTO, Calif., March 28, 2017 / Business Wire / -- Immune-Onc Therapeutics, Inc. (“Immune-Onc”), a newly established biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing promising immuno-oncology therapeutics, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Albert Einstein College of Medicine (“Einstein”) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (“MSK”).
Under the terms of the license agreement with Einstein and MSK, Immune-Onc will acquire the exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize novel biotherapeutics with applications in cancer immunotherapy and other diseases. In addition, Immune-Onc and Einstein have entered into a multi-year research collaboration to discover and develop a new generation of biotherapeutics that modulate the immune system.
